Do you have eczema, also known as atopic dermatitis (AD)? You may be eligible for a research study to test how well an oral study medicine works and how safe it is for people with AD. Participants will be assigned by chance to get either the oral study medicine or the placebo. The study lasts about 20 weeks and participation involves at least 9 visits. Compensation is provided.
This study compares the oral study medicine a placebo. A placebo looks like the study drug but has no active medicine. You will be assigned by chance (like pulling a number out of a hat) to get either the oral study medicine or the placebo. The study lasts about 20 weeks and you will have at least 9 visits: Screening: 1 visit during a period that can last up to 4 weeks. Treatment: 7 visits, every 1–4 weeks, over about 12 weeks. Follow-up: 1 visit, 4 weeks after the treatment period.
