Terms & refunds

StudyPayouts is a research-discovery membership. Research providers run studies, decide eligibility and selection, receive applications, and pay rewards. Membership does not guarantee participation or earnings.

Membership

Pro Annual is $49.99 charged upfront and renewed annually. Pro Monthly is $6.99 charged immediately and renewed monthly. Both offer the same features. There is no trial. Cancel renewal in Billing; access continues through the actual paid-through date.

Cancellation and records

After membership ends, Saved and Applied records remain accessible in read-only form and can be removed. New application access, discovery tools, and alerts require active Pro access.

Refund policy

Subscription payments are non-refundable after purchase. Canceling stops future renewals and does not refund the current billing period.

Account deletion

Cancel renewal and let the paid-through period end before deleting your account. Deletion permanently removes your profile, alert preferences, and personal records. Stripe may retain required transaction records under its own policies.
