Postpartum Affect and Infant-Mother Regulation (PAIR) study - Mother with postpartum depression

About this study

Are you the birth mother of a baby younger than 4 months? Are you experiencing postpartum depression? You and your baby may be eligible to participate in a research study with the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center on how postpartum mood may influence mother-baby play. Compensation provided.

What you’ll do

Participation will involve 3 home visits (or lab visits, if preferred) in the first year. You and your baby will complete interactive tasks and play games together while each wearing a head cap that measures brain response. You will be asked to complete interviews and questionnaires.
