Do you require assistance or provide assistance with toilet or commode transfers? You may be eligible for a research study to evaluate the PPAL bedside commode in a home setting to better understand the impact of the device in a 6-week at home trial. Compensation is provided.
The research study involves the 6-Week independent use of the PPAL in your home. Throughout the 6-Week study period, you will be asked to use the PPAL as your primary toileting method . At the end of the study period, you will be asked to complete surveys and interviews regarding your experience using the PPAL.

2-4 hours/visit
Do you have a lower-limb amputation? Researchers at the University of Pittsburgh are recruiting subjects to perform simple experiments to understand reorganization in brain and spinal circuits post-amputation. Study participation will include 2-3 visits, each visit lasting up to four (2-4) hours. Compensation is provided.
